Christmas Festive Season Menu 2019


Starters

Le Paradis du Fromage- French cheese, berries, walnuts in filo nests with pom molasses

Baked Salmon, King prawn, lemon and mascarpone pate. Served with toast and salad.

Coquina Squash, Red pepper, ginger and tomato soup.

Baked Panko Prawns- Served with Thai chilli, coriander and lime dip

Chicken Liver Pate individual pot. Comes with toast and salad


Mains

Traditional Italian Arrosto di Agnello- Roast leg of lamb slow roasted with artichokes, cannellini beans, tomatoes and Montepulciano red wine.

Scottish Baked Salmon- Salmon covered with a bread crumb crust containing fresh herbs, lemon zest, crushed nuts and butter to make it extra special.

Chicken Breast stuffed with Cumberland sausage herbs and red pesto. Wrapped with thin smoked ham rashes to keep it succulent while its roasting

Thai Beef Skewers and green lime rice. This is an alternative to traditional Christmas favourites. May appeal to those who want something lighter.

The Loom Maker's individual Cheese and onion pie.

Spinach and Butternut Squash Cannelloni Served with garlic bread and salad
